Exchange & Returns Policy

Sarubbs Ltd operates as a business-to-business (B2B) supplier and distributor. This Exchange & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed by business customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery

  • An incorrect item was supplied

All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Suitable for resale

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Bulk or custom orders

  • Items damaged after delivery due to handling or storage

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Items returned without prior approval

3. Return & Exchange Authorization

All returns and exchanges require prior written approval.

  • Invoice number

  • Product details

  • Reason for request

  • Supporting evidence (photos, if applicable)

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Product inspection

  • Stock availability

  • Approval by Sarubbs Ltd

If an exchange is approved, replacement items will be dispatched after inspection of the returned goods.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds apply to the product value only

  • Shipping, handling, and customs charges are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to an error by Sarubbs Ltd, return shipping may be covered

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

7. Limitation of Liability

Sarubbs Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the resale or use of supplied goods.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
