Inspection of Goods<\/h2><p data-start=\"2254\" data-end=\"2403\">Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. Confidentiality<\/h2><p data-start=\"3403\" data-end=\"3570\">All pricing, invoices, and commercial information exchanged between Sarubbs Ltd and the customer shall be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"3577\" data-end=\"3597\">13. Force Majeure<\/h2><p data-start=\"3599\" data-end=\"3811\">Sarubbs Ltd shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, transport disruptions, or regulatory actions.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"3818\" data-end=\"3853\">14.
